"3ayez a7gez 2 nights", "قديش السعر؟", "ابي اعرف الاسعار", "عايز اعرف بكام" — they are all the same question. Most bots understand only one of them.
The problem with ordinary bots
- Franco-Arabic (Latin letters with numbers for Arabic sounds: 3 = ع, 7 = ح, 2 = أ) is read as broken English.
- Dialects make searching your information miss the answer: "قديش" isn't the same word as "بكام".
- Voice notes are ignored completely.
What aref.ai does
- Reads Franco-Arabic as Arabic before searching your business information.
- Detects the dialect (Egyptian, Gulf, Levantine, Maghrebi) and searches with its synonyms.
- Replies in the customer's dialect, or in the dialect you chose for the agent until the customer's shows.
- Replies in the message's language: a customer who writes in English or Italian gets the answer in that language, even if your information is in Arabic.
- Listens to voice notes, turns them into text and answers.
Why it matters
A customer who feels understood keeps talking — and buys. Replying their way makes them feel they are talking to someone local, not a machine.
