Do I need technical skills to run aref.ai?
Not at all. Paste your website link or upload files, connect WhatsApp in one click and your agent is live — no developers, no servers.
Will my WhatsApp number stop working on the app?
No. We support coexistence: your number stays on the WhatsApp Business app, and we import up to six months of past chats so the agent knows your customers.
Can the agent give wrong information?
It answers only from knowledge you approved, and prices, times and orders come from your systems. When it doesn't know, it says so and logs the question for you — and it warns you about contradictions in your files.
Can I stop the agent and reply myself?
In any chat: switch it off, let it suggest replies you send, or take over. Upset customers are handed to a teammate automatically.
How can I pay?
By card through Paymob, InstaPay, or bank transfer with an uploaded receipt — your plan activates once payment is confirmed.
What if I run out of messages?
